B.E.S.T. - Burapha English Programme School of Thailand - was started in February 1997 by Mrs. Wattana Nuttasophon.  The School provides high standards in both Thai and English tuition from Kindergarten through to Secondary Three level.  The School Staff consists of about 22 native English speaking teachers and about 60 Thai teachers, who are qualified and experienced in their particular fields.

The Regent's School-Pattaya is due to extend its accreditation this academic year from WES in the UK for another five years. The Pattaya Campus is set in attractive countryside on the eastern side of the Gulf of Thailand. There are some 850 students aged 2-18 years at this campus, with over 160 boarders. The nationality mix here is two-thirds international from 35 countries. The Pattaya Campus now has over 100 teachers. Apart from specialist language teachers - French, Japanese, Chinese and Thai - all are native English Speakers.  The ratio of children to teachers is 8 to 1. Most classes have about 18 students and the maximum class size is 25.
